Maintenance Coordinator
Seeking to hire an experienced Maintenance Coordinator (LPG) to manage maintenance operations across LPG commercial installations and distribution plant facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for LPG installations, equipment, and plant operations. - Manage contractors, service requests, customer concerns, and maintenance schedules. - Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations, NFPA standards, and fire safety requirements. - Monitor equipment performance, conduct site inspections, and maintain technical documentation. - Support spare parts procurement, contractor performance monitoring, and technical tender evaluations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience in LPG installations, technical operations, or plant maintenance. - Knowledge of AutoCAD and UAE LPG regulations. - UAE Civil Defence card/knowledge preferred. - Proficiency in computer systems and maintenance management tools.
