These Terms govern your use of the Muwathaq platform at muwathaq.ae. By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
عن الخدمة
«موثّق» منصّة إماراتية تجمع إعلانات الوظائف المتاحة للعموم من مصادرها الرسمية (مواقع أصحاب العمل والجهات الحكومية ومنصّات التوظيف). «موثّق» ليست وكالة توظيف ولا وسيطًا في التوظيف، وليست تابعة لأيٍّ من تلك الجهات ولا وكيلًا عنها ولا معتمدة منها. تُذكر أسماء أصحاب العمل لأغراض تعريفية وقائعية بحتة (تجميع الوظائف) دون ادعاء أي ارتباط أو رعاية، ويتم التقديم الفعلي على الوظائف عبر المواقع الرسمية لأصحابها.
About the service: Muwathaq is a UAE platform that aggregates publicly available job listings from their official sources (employer and government career sites and job boards). Muwathaq is not a recruitment agency or labour intermediary, and is not affiliated with, an agent of, or endorsed by any of those entities. Employer names are used purely nominatively for factual aggregation, without implying any affiliation or endorsement; applications take place on the employers' own official sites.الأهلية والحسابات
- يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا فأكثر لإنشاء حساب.
- ميزات الباحثين عن عمل مخصّصة لمواطني دولة الإمارات؛ ويعتمد التحقق الحالي على إقرار الجنسية، والتحقق من رقم الهوية الإماراتية، والتواجد داخل الدولة.
- يلزم تفعيل الحساب بتأكيد بريدك الإلكتروني قبل الدخول.
- تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدّثة، وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
- يؤدي الإقرار الكاذب بالجنسية أو تقديم بيانات مضلّلة إلى تعليق الحساب أو حذفه نهائيًا.
الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام المنصّة، ويشمل ذلك — دون حصر — الاستخراج الآلي للبيانات أو محاولات الوصول غير المصرّح به، أو التقديم الاحتيالي، أو انتحال هوية الغير، أو رفع محتوى غير قانوني أو مضلّل، أو أي استخدام يخالف القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات.
Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the platform, including (without limitation) automated scraping or unauthorized access attempts, fraudulent applications, impersonation, uploading unlawful or misleading content, or any use that violates applicable UAE laws.السير الذاتية والمطابقة بالذكاء الاصطناعي

يحصل صاحب العمل على قوائم مرشحين مجهولة الهوية أولًا، ولا تُكشف بيانات تواصل المرشّح إلا بعد موافقته الصريحة على طلب محدّد. يلتزم صاحب العمل باستخدام هذه البيانات لأغراض التوظيف المشروعة فقط، وبالامتثال لقوانين العمل والتوطين وحماية البيانات في دولة الإمارات، بما في ذلك المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (٣٣) لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن تنظيم علاقات العمل.
Employers: employers first receive anonymized shortlists; a candidate's contact details are revealed only after that candidate's explicit consent to a specific request. Employers must use such data solely for legitimate recruitment purposes and must comply with UAE labour, Emiratisation, and data-protection laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations.لا ضمان — والإعلانات مملوكة للغير
تُبذل جهود معقولة لعرض وظائف حقيقية وحديثة، ويُزال الإعلان المُغلق عند رصده. ومع ذلك لا نضمن الحصول على وظيفة، ولا دقة أو اكتمال أو توفّر أو استمرار أي إعلان، فالإعلانات مملوكة لأصحابها وقد تتغيّر أو تُغلق لديهم في أي وقت.
No guarantee — third-party listings: we make reasonable efforts to surface genuine, current jobs and remove closed listings once detected. We do not, however, guarantee employment, or the accuracy, completeness, availability, or currency of any listing — listings belong to their owners and may change or close at any time.حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توافرها». إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خاصة تنشأ عن استخدامك المنصّة أو تعذّر استخدامها، أو عن تعاملك مع أي صاحب عمل.
Limitation of liability: the service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, or from your dealings with any employer.التعديلات
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام المنصّة بعد النشر موافقة على الشروط المُحدّثة.
Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم إمارة أبوظبي بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. ويُقصد بقبولك الإلكتروني لهذه الشروط أثرٌ مُلزِم وفقًا للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (٤٦) لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن المعاملات الإلكترونية وخدمات الثقة.
Governing law & jurisdiction: these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Your electronic acceptance of these Terms is binding pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.التواصل
