Tendering Manager
Our client, a leading EPC company in the power transmission and infrastructure sector, is looking for an experienced Tendering Manager to lead techno-commercial tendering for substation and power transmission projects across MENA. 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 🏭 Industry: Power Transmission & Distribution | EPC 💼 Expertise: Substation Tendering, Estimation & Techno-Commercial Bids (400/220 kV GIS/AIS substations) Key Responsibilities - Prepare techno-commercial bids, tender submissions, and cost estimates for substation EPC projects. - Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements. - Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial teams, and external partners to develop competitive bids. - Ensure compliance with client and utility-specific technical requirements. - Support commercial evaluations, pricing strategies, and bid negotiations. We're Looking For - Experience of tendering and estimation for 400 kV EPC substation projects, preferably with international (GCC / MENA / Africa) bid - Familiarity with tendering requirements of TAQA, EtihadWE, ADNOC, SEC, and Kahramaa. - Strong understanding of substation EPC scope, costing, and commercial aspects. - Experience handling GCC utility projects.
