Job Title: Barista Company: MUSE Speciality Desserts & Cafe Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Up to AED 3,000 per month Availability: Immediate joiner required About MUSE MUSE Speciality Desserts & Cafe is looking for a passionate, friendly, and skilled Barista to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced café environment. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, Spanish latte, and other coffee-based beverages. * Prepare matcha drinks and other specialty beverages according to MUSE’s recipes and quality standards. * Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers. * Assist the kitchen chef with basic kitchen tasks and dessert preparation when required. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café, including the coffee station, equipment, and work areas. * Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, matcha, syrups, and other beverage ingredients. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and beverage preparation standards. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements * Must be available to join immediately. * Must be willing to accept a maximum monthly salary of AED 3,000. * Previous experience as a barista is preferred. * Good knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso-based beverages. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to assist the chef with basic kitchen tasks when needed. * Must be organized, punctual, responsible, and able to work in a team. * Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness. * Fluency in English is essential. Preferred Qualifications * Experience preparing matcha beverages, including iced matcha lattes and specialty matcha drinks, is a strong advantage. * Experience working in a specialty café, dessert café, or similar F&B establishment. * Passion for specialty beverages and willingness to learn new recipes.
