Cafe Manager
Job Title: Café Manager Location: Abu Dhabi Job Purpose To manage the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, strong team performance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service delivery. - Lead, coach, and motivate café team members. - Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. - Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets. - Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. - Control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste. - Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. - Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees. Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred. - 3+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations. - At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. - Basic understanding of sales, budgeting, and inventory management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
