Job Title: Barista Job Purpose Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards. - Take customer orders accurately and process payments. - Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service. - Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, equipment, and workstations. - Replenish products, ingredients, and supplies as required. - Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally. - Support stock receiving, storage, and inventory checks. - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service and sales objectives. Qualifications & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred. - Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is an advantage.
