Technical Architect Revit
Revit Architect – Residential Dubai | Up to AED 13,000 per month We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect to join an established design studio in Dubai, working predominantly across private residential projects. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong architectural knowledge and expert-level Revit capability. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models, producing accurate technical information and ensuring residential projects are properly coordinated from design development through to delivery. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage detailed Revit/BIM models for residential projects - Produce coordinated architectural and technical drawing packages - Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP and other consultant information - Identify and resolve clashes, technical issues and coordination discrepancies - Maintain model accuracy, drawing standards and BIM protocols - Support projects through design development, technical design and construction documentation - Work closely with architects, designers and external consultants - Ensure design intent is translated accurately into coordinated technical information Requirements - Strong residential architecture experience - Expert-level Revit and BIM capability - Previous experience working as a BIM Architect, Architectural BIM Specialist or technically focused Architect - Strong understanding of residential detailing, construction and technical documentation - Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant information - Good knowledge of architectural drawing packages and project delivery
