Merchant Acquisition Executive (Arabic & English)
ESmart Buy is a new Abu Dhabi online marketplace, opening 21 December 2026. Local shops sell with us; families shop from one account. We're hiring someone to bring shops on board and manage whole seller journey & relationships. What you'll do • Call and visit shops, malls and markets in Abu Dhabi, then Dubai • Sign shops up and help them get their products live • Follow up with merchants in Arabic and English • Share a short progress update every three days You have • Spoken Arabic and English • 2+ year in sales, retail or business development in the UAE • Based in Abu Dhabi; a driving licence is a plus Pay • AED 3,000–3,500 a month to start • Monthly targets: shops signed and shops live • Salary review after 6 months, based on results Apply: send your CV to hello@esmartbuy.ae (subject: Merchant Acquisition)
